Kyler Murray - My MVP pick. A top 5 fantasy QB when healthy. Dual-threat QB who adds the best WR prospect since…?

Jayden Daniels - I could put him in my Top 5 fantasy QBs if I had to. Dual-threat QB who airs it out and runs (like a madman). He’s older which is a good thing for a rookie QB and ARICH is going 5 or 6…why isn’t Daniels?

Geno Smith - All offseason I was looking away from the Seahawks but team is loaded with talent and Geno at QB23 is a better pick for me than Aaron Rodgers at 21 right? They’ll get vertical and Geno should have a solid season.

Will Levis - This guy is fun. If he’s a franchise QB and can win you games, that’s for Tennessee to decide. I just care if he can score some fantasy points and I think he can. Going at the very end of drafts, Levis throws deep down the field and with Ridley and Hopkins, he’s got the tools to do it. I think people are scarred from the Derrick Henry days. He’s now in Baltimore, the Titans may very well be a pass first team in a trailing game script in 2024.

Daniel Jones - I get it, the guy stinks…but not at fantasy football. Getting a dual-threat QB this deep into the draft. He’s a guy I love to have with pretty much no weapons outside of Nabers. Josh Allen lite.

Kyren Williams - This was the #2 fantasy RB last year and now he’s ranked 8th. They drafted Blake Corum so I understand the drop but the Jets drafted Braelon Allen and Breece is RB2. The difference between Kyren and a player like Etienne is that Kyren was really good in his usage and Etienne was inefficient in his usage. Kyren was amazing last year, I love him this year again.

Derrick Henry - The best rushing offense of the last decade in the Ravens gets the best RB of the last decade. In PPR, I understand the drop off but in half PPR, Derrick Henry is the favorite for me to lead the league in TDs. Lamar Jackson’s threat of a run will open up soooo much for Henry. I’m super excited to see Lamar next to an elite RB which he’s never had. Remember TDs = 6 fantasy points, aka 60 rushing yards. Henry scoring 20 times is very much in the realm of possibilities.

Josh Jacobs - I’m a bit lower on the Packers than the market but this is a buy low for me when it comes to Jacobs. He had a monster year in LV 2 years ago and now he’s joining what should be a top 5 offense. With so many WR weapons, I don’t love any particular WR in GB because I love Jacobs cashing in TDs for the Packers offense

Najee Harris - If you’ve followed Snapback Sports, you know my boy Reid has messaged me about Najee Harris for 1100+ consecutive days. It’s finally time. Arthur Smith will run the football. It’s as simple as that and even with Warren ready to take some carries this year, the amount of carries will be even higher. I do worry about the amount of TDs but Najee at the RB20 range doesn’t need anything crazy to get there.

Javonte Williams - I hope you’ve heard the stat by now. Sean Payton offenses have 8 of the top 21 RB targets since 2010. Translation: Sean Payton offenses throw to their running backs (a major plus for fantasy football). I actually thought Javonte was pretty good last year and it was the supposed down year coming off injury. Now a year clear, Breece Hall gets the love but no love for Javonte down in the RB30 range?

Justin Jefferson - Not a bold take that I like Justin Jefferson but maybe bold that I have him ranked above CD, Tyreek, and Amon-Ra! This is the best WR in the world and I care more about KOC as a coach than Sam Darnold at QB. Do you LOVE Tua, Goff and Dak? Only because they had a good year last year but Tua and Amon-Ra is more based on their coordinators and coaches than their QBs.

Terry McClaurin - My #1 call on the season. I cannot fathom this ranking. 1,000+ yards in 4 straight years, they removed weapons from a competition stand point, they brought in the best QB of Terry’s career and I love Kliff (when he’s not the head coach). DJ Moore was WR3 last year with Fields after YEARS of people screaming about what would happen if Moore had a legit QB. I’m doing the same for Terry.

Calvin Ridley - Was pretty solid in his first year back last year with Jacksonville just had some weird drop problems. Kid is just super talented and as I stated above, Titans will be throwing more than everyone thinks.

JSN - Loved this kid as a rookie but some weird scheme stuff plus getting hurt early in the preseason threw off a strong rookie year. Shined as a youngster at Ohio State (love to see young college production), now can he make his way through Tyler Lockett? I think so and if we look back at the szn and JSN was the clear #2, where would you rank him this year.

Josh Reynolds - Late deep sleeper. I like Reynolds as a player. They brought him in as a free agent which is a positive and maybe Nix and the Broncos score a couple points this year. I think Sutton turns to dust and Reynolds is the Alpha in Denver. He’s my favorite last round pick in deep leagues.

Trey McBride - Already mentioned my love for Kyler above but tell me why LaPorta can be TE1 and McBride can’t? He was the TE1 when he started after the Ertz injury and after Kyler returned. Kid’s a superstar and will be a main focus of the offense.

Kyle Pitts - Again? I wasn’t as high on Pitts as the rest of the fantasy world these last few years but it’s finally time to buy. Kirk Cousins made TJ hockenson a top 5 tight end. Now we’re taking the best TE prospect of the last 20 years, pairing him with Kirk and he’s fully healthy, playing in a dome and on an offense that will put up points (Bijan and Drake London)

Jonnu Smith - The Dolphins did an awful job of building their WR depth. They tried with OBJ and a few others but they failed. Miami needs a 3rd option outside of Tyreek and Waddle. Enter: Jonnu. For where he’s going in drafts, I like him as a value

Mike Gesicki - Joe Burrow doesn’t support Tight Ends which is why Hayden Hurst at TE22 is a bust but TE29 for Gesicki is kind of silly. He can’t block so he won’t be on the field on early downs but when the ball is in the air, trust Mikey G

LOWER

CJ Stroud - No rushing upside at QB6. Just not interested. Kid is super talented and loaded with talent but is 4K yards and 33 TDs getting you to the top 6 when I can get Kyler or ARICH around the same spot?

Jordan Love - Think the offense will be good, Jacobs will score a lot. Love will be really good but gimme Jayden Daniels running for 40 YPG over Love throwing for an extra 100.

Joe Burrow - The wrist, the elbow, Chase sitting out. It’s all sketchy. In a perfect world, I think Burrow barely beats the spot he’s being drafted in. I’m not scared of being burned by Burrow even if he outperforms what I project for him.

Deshaun Watson - Guy stinks at football. Hasn’t played good football in half a decade lol. I think there’s a better chance Jameis finishes the season than Watson is a top 15 fantasy QB

Jahmyr Gibbs - Dan Campbell trusts Montgomery on the goal line. Gibbs is great but why the jump to RB4? Don’t hate him, just think he’s in the range of pacheco/etienne

De’Von Achane - Quite simply, Achane will not be anywhere close to his efficiency of last year. Also, everytime he’s on the field this year, defenses will be aware of his big play ability. I don’t think he’s the most talented RB ever yet he’s being drafted as such with Raheem Mostert and Jaylen Wright still on the team.

Jonathon Brooks - Loved JB at Texas. He can be a true 3 down back but coming off the injury these are easy fades. Also in a horrific offense.

Nick Chubb - See above but he also doesn’t have youth on his side. It’s sad to see one of the best RBs of the past few years be relegated this far down but I’m not touching Nick Chubb this year.

Jaylen Waddle - I just think the Miami offense is the same or worse this year and I prefer an Alpha over a clear WR2 with injury issues.

Zay Flowers - The Ravens finally have a WR1 but he’s still the 2nd option. While Lamar Jackson is the QB, Mark Andrews will always be his first look. In a lower volume passing offense, you can get Michael Pittman, the true #1 with a similar level passer. Lamar won the MVP, Andrews missed half the season and Flowers still didn’t touch 1,000 yards.

Xavier Worthy/Hollywood Brown - I faded the Chiefs gadget guys last year (Moore/Toney) albeit these 2 are much better but the only pass catchers I want in KC is Rashee or Kelce. In theory, these burners are fun. In reality, they’re smaller guys who have injury history and drop problems and NFL Defenses haven’t been beaten overtop by Mahomes in YEARS. Worthy and Brown will be great for the Chiefs offense to open up spots for Rice and Kelce but not great for fantasy.

Ladd McConkey - Someone has to catch passes from Justin Herbert right? Not necesarily…Meet Greg Roman, the worst pass game coordinator in the NFL. And the Head Coach is Jim Harbaugh, a grind it out run the football type of guy. Herbert is uber talented and they may win more games in this style but if I’m drafting any WR on the Chargers, it’s Josh Palmer a couple rounds later

Sam LaPorta - To be clear, don’t hate LaPorta at all. Just don’t have him as my TE1. I’m leaving drafts with elite TEs a lot of the time but not with LaPorta

Pat Friermuth - He was really bad for fantasy last year and the combo of Russ and Fields doesn’t get me excited. Just prefer others in this range.

Cole Kmet - Some bad reports from camp. In theory, he should cash in some TDs with Caleb but there’s rumors he may not even be TE1 somehow.
